Warning Notice

You acknowledge that you fully understand the inherent risks involved in operating multi-rotor and other model aircraft or vehicles. Spinning propellers can cause serious injury. Never work on your models with propellers mounted.

Lithium Polymer (LiPo) batteries can be unstable if not handled or charged correctly and may catch fire or combust. Our power systems, including motors, batteries, and electronic speed controllers (ESCs), can draw significant current—sometimes exceeding 30 amps—which can be hazardous.

Always ensure electronic systems are fully de-energized before working on them. Never short circuit electrical leads, reverse polarity, or place electrical leads on your body under any circumstances.

No Warranty / Liability

MekView provides no warranty of any kind, express or implied, for any equipment sold or distributed through its platform. By purchasing or using our products, you assume all risks associated with their use.

MekView and its employees shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property arising from the use or misuse of any product.

We sell our products strictly on an “as-is” basis, without any guarantee of performance or suitability for any specific application. It is the responsibility of the user to ensure that the products are used safely and appropriately for their intended purpose.

Faulty Items

If an item received from MekView is found to be inoperable or defective (“Faulty Item”) due to a manufacturing defect, MekView may, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the item.

Such determination will be made only if the defect is confirmed to be a manufacturing issue and not caused by user error, misuse, or assembly/construction mistakes.

Incorrectly Published Product Details

While every effort is made to ensure that product information on our website is accurate, MekView is not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect product details published on the website.

Shipping Terms and Conditions

MekView ships orders through Bluedart. All shipments are dispatched directly via the shipping agency, with no intermediary forwarding services, ensuring faster delivery to the destination address.

Orders placed before 2 PM are generally shipped on the same day. However, same-day dispatch cannot always be guaranteed due to operational constraints.

Tracking IDs will be shared on the same day or the next working day after the shipment has been dispatched.

Billing and Invoice

All prices listed on MekView are inclusive of GST, and invoices reflect the same.

Customers registered under B2B GST may claim input tax credit as applicable.

Invoices can be downloaded from the “My Orders” section by logging into your account. Please note that invoices are not shipped along with the order.
